About these terms
These terms apply when you purchase or use MK Nail Academy digital educational content, including online course materials, video lessons and the digital handbook.
Your account and access
Access is granted to the individual student account used at checkout and is for your personal, non-commercial learning use. Do not share, resell, copy or redistribute the course materials or handbook pages.
Purchases and immediate access
Packages are one-time purchases with lifetime access to the content in the package you bought. At checkout you are asked to confirm: “I expressly request immediate access to the digital content and understand that, once access begins, I lose my 14-day right to cancel. I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.” Your confirmation, the package chosen and the date and time are recorded with your account.
Refunds and cancellation
Due to the digital nature of MK Nail Academy products and the immediate access provided after purchase, purchases are final once access to the digital content begins. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to use or complete the content, or purchasing the wrong package. This does not affect your statutory rights. Educational content, not professional guarantees
The course teaches techniques, safety practice and business skills. It does not replace any licensing, insurance or local regulatory requirement that applies to you, and results depend on your own practice.
