Each enquiry can include a few closely related questions about one lesson, technique or topic, with responses normally provided within 3–5 working days.
Premium students get advanced design content, priority course-support enquiries and personalised support calls, plus the live MK Nail Assistant for course-based guidance — included at no extra cost.
