Refund and Cancellation Policy
MK Nail Academy provides digital educational content, including online course materials and digital handbook access.
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all purchases are final once access to the digital content has begun.
By completing a purchase and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right will end once the supply of the digital content begins.
We do not provide refunds because a customer:
- Changes their mind
- Decides not to begin or complete the course
- Does not use the content
- Lacks sufficient time or equipment
- Purchases the wrong package
- Finds similar information elsewhere
- Is dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to a fault or material misdescription
This policy does not exclude or restrict statutory rights. Where digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed, inaccessible because of an issue caused by MK Nail Academy, or otherwise not supplied as agreed, contact us so that the issue can be investigated and an appropriate legal remedy provided.
